Rose Hale is a Holistic Wellbeing  and  Mindset Coach in St. Paul, MN.

Studies show that our understanding of our selves, worth, and ways of living can change based on how we exercise our brains.

I teach how to understand ourselves better and how to implement simple, life-changing mindset exercises.


Mindsets are simply our states of mind at any given moment. They include beliefs that we apply to life consciously and unconsciously.


Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention, in the present moment, non-judgementally. - Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

At its core, mindfulness is compassionate.

Rose has done her homework on the world of health, wellness and healing. From my first coaching session, Rose was welcoming, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable about finding and achieving health in each area of my life. She asks unique, thought-provoking questions that help peel back the layers of our journey, and walks through our thought processes in order to find a deeper understanding of where we are, why we are here, and create a vision of where we want to go.
