Philosophy + Purpose + Plan

My coaching philosophy

is to put my map of the world in my back pocket and help my clients see what it is that they are needing all while being as simple, significant and encouraging as possible. My approach is one that offers space for my clients to be messy, honest and comfortable with the uncomfortable.

My coaching purpose

stems from the reality that we learn everything we know and that begins the moment we are born. Since birth we have been learning and establishing mindsets on everything. Our bodies are working with what we have been fed in the past and what we are feeding them now. When things aren’t going the way we want them to go, usually the answer is that we need to switch up what we are feeding ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally. I am here to help my clients make changes to what they are feeding their minds and bodies. I am here to help my clients be more themselves.

My coaching plan

is to lead my clients through a series of surveying, prioritizing, strategizing and success story setting. I teach my clients the powerful skill of holding themselves accountable. I open up and dive into the conversations that define whatever it is that my clients are wanting to change or overcome. My job is to either remind or teach mindful approaches to what my clients want to improve within their wellbeing.

We are told so many things by the world that translates into language we tell ourselves in our own heads. My plan is to give space for myself and my clients to be real and pay attention to what is truly going on on the inside. My plan is to ask questions and help figure out what it is my clients are really telling themselves, what it is that they are are believing and what it is that they need to unlearn and relearn.

We are walking together and learning new ways.
